Shipping and Refund Policy
This policy applies to digital services provided by Bizfrik IT Solutions and listing plans sold by City Dost Directory Services.
1. Shipping (Digital Delivery)
All our services are digital. Upon payment confirmation, timelines for delivery are shared via email or WhatsApp. Files are delivered through email, drive links, or hosting uploads.
2. Project Timelines
Timelines vary based on the scope of the project. Delays may occur based on client response or revision requests.
3. Refund Policy
- Once a project is initiated or listing activated, no full refunds are provided.
- Partial refunds may be issued only if the service has not been started or in case of payment error.
- All refund requests must be made in writing within 3 days of payment.
4. Cancellation
Clients can cancel a project only before it begins. If cancelled mid-way, refund eligibility is determined based on work already completed.
